Description
TASTING NOTES:
The Valpolicella Blend is based on three indigenous red-wine grape varieties grown in the Veneto region in Italy’s northeast, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Upon completion of the fermentation process, the wine is “passed through” the pomace of Amarone giving it more tannin, structure and complexity. The defining character is a tangy, fragrant cherry aroma.
