BREWER’S NOTES:
Ozeki Nigori is a cloudy sake that appears milky-white. Nigoriunfiltered sake retains some of the rice sediment in the bottle. We carefully use the finest, smoothest sediment to create an amazing creamy, rich sake flavor. The texture is velvety smooth and soft, and has tropical flavor that is similar to coconut milk. Ozeki Nigori is locally brewed for freshness in California. Any Nigori sake lovers would enjoy this sake. Serve well chilled and shake before pouring.
