WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
This 100% Gamay wine comes from a single vineyard called es Cerisiers which means “chery trees”. Some trees are planted n the vineyard and give every year cherry notes to this wine which is fermented in whole cluster and aged for 10 months in concrete vats. Bright, crunchy with a lot of red fruits and spices.
