WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
A deep magenta burgundy with an everlasting crimson hue. Fresh black current preserve, with dark strawberry jam and blackberry; surrounded by underlying hints of butterscotch, menthol and spice.A lively refreshing and medium bodied palate. Comprising sweet berry fruits, ripest plums and cassis, with hints of chocolate molasses, caraway seed and fennel.
