DISTILLERY NOTES:
The oldest of American spirits returns with new life made from pure, ripe apples from Michigans famous Fruit Ridge. Our apples are fermented and distilled then aged for one year in used bourbon barrels to create a sweet vanilla and butterscotch spirit with a hint of tart apple and spice.
