WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
‘Full floral aromas, rich sweet fruit flavors, sweet but not cloying finish.’A blend of Riesling, Muscat and Traminette grapes that are carefully picked and pressed. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then fermented a second time in a closed tank [the cuve close method]. The wine is then filtered, dosaged, and bottled.
