WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
‘Tropical fruit aromas, light bodied, crisp refreshing finish’A blend of select Cayuga and Riesling wine grapes that are carefully hand picked and pressed. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then fermented a second time in a closed tank [the cuve close method]. The wine is then filtered, and bottled with a dosage of 1.5% residual sugar.
